My Classroom Helpers- I forgot to add Weather Man
My classroom library- it still looks a bit plain but we will be adding lots of anchor charts and our genre posters as a class. Those are their check out pockets on the wall. I will take a better pic of that.
Our 7 Habits Wall- We will put our leaning goals for the week here. I am still not totally happy with this .
I forgot to take a photo of our genre wall but I will next week. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I will post pictures of the whole room when it is all ready.
I love the owls and the polkadots. Your room looks great!
ReplyDeleteLove your classroom library! You have so many books.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your 7 Habits bulletin board. I'm looking for ideas of how to get that going in my room. I also loved the owls...so cute! Do you have jobs for everyone or do you rotate?
ReplyDeleteYour owls are adorable and exactly what I need in my classroom this year. Trying to find owl fabric has been a loss, so owl cutouts would be perfect. Can you tell me where you bought them? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMrs. Pyle-
ReplyDeleteI got the owls from a graphic set on Lettering Delights. I think the set is called Mulberry Lane. Anyways, I simply downloaded the set and went into word. I inserted the owl pictures and did a transparent text box with the student's name on it. I have seen some cute new owl stuff at my local teacher store though so owls are out there!
Thanks Katie! I looked at LD but must have missed it... I'll check again. I've been avoiding the teacher store to enjoy summer but I'm heading there asap. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi Katie!
ReplyDeleteI'm also a 4th grade teacher. I'm excited to see you're using the 7 Habits. Our school is a "Leader in Me" school so the 7 habits are a huge part of our day-to-day lives!
I was wondering how your checkout system works. I'm looking for a new plan! Thanks!
